The Challenge

When we first engaged with HUE, they already had a cult-like following on social media. They had loyal customers purchasing their shoes from all over the country. They also had a distinct identity — one that many competitors tried to imitate.

We were tasked with maximizing their massive audience and growing popularity. They needed a digital strategy that would help them differentiate themselves from their competition and a PPC advertising plan that was sustainable and scalable.

 

 

Our Approach

Like many businesses, HUE did not have a clear strategy. We started by creating customer personas of their most valuable audiences. These personas became the inspiration of succeeding content. We also used their aspirations as the basis of our copywriting, targeting, and platforms.

We rolled out a year-long PPC campaign that saw us build on Facebook, Instagram, Search, Display, Shopping, and Youtube advertising platforms. We topped it off with optimized website experiences and tailored email marketing sequences.
