A Case Study On Lead Generation

The Challenge

In light of the ease of restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically for high school & college students, each PHINMA Education college/university had their eyes set on a lead quota for their upcoming 2022-2023 school year and the succeeding 2023-2024 school year with face-to-face classes set to resume within 2022 while remote distance learning still being pushed.

Our Approach

We reoriented each school’s content strategy to focus on what makes the school special to its students.

We then ran a straightforward lead generation campaign with the goal of reducing possible drop offs in the funnel AND connecting students with a school representative as soon as possible.

The Challenge

They wanted to supplement their social media ads with timely search ads in a very competitive space. We faced competition with banks, dealers, and other insurance agencies.

The objective was this — how do we stand out in a crowded insurance market online?

Our Approach

We redid their existing search campaigns running on Google. Using a combination of our existing frameworks and customer insights from the client, we ran and tested several conversion campaigns.

We also tested several combinations of headlines and descriptions to capture the personas we identified in the planning process. 

Using the keywords we identified from dozens of reviews and our website search data, we utilized a combination of different USPs and ran the most effective dynamic search ads.

The Challenge

Despite many people flocking into online marketplaces, the pharma industry is still dominated by offline sales. Sleepwell still relies heavily on physical locations and doctor recommendations. 

This poses challenges in proper attribution and real-time feedback on the influence of marketing campaigns in sales.

Our Approach

We worked with Sleepwell to define the most important social metrics to track and manage over the course of our engagement. We also defined patterns in sales cycles in order to build attribution of our marketing efforts.

We ran broad marketing campaigns towards our target demographics and also ran smaller and specific campaigns towards a select number of personas. We curated the messaging and the creatives to fit very specific pain points.

A Case Study On Lead Generation

The Challenge

MyGolana brought us in right before they launched the alpha and beta versions of their website. Many features were currently in development but they needed to lay the ground work of their marketing strategies already. 

They wanted to register and onboard beta users in order to test the platform and get much-needed feedback from their target markets.

However, it is quite tricky to build trust and brand equity for a new startup company in the healthcare industry.

Our Approach

We focused on building this trust by creating content and video marketing campaigns around their counselors. We figured that if we wanted to communicate empathy, we needed to get personal with our personnel. We showed the human side of the business in an attempt to gain trust of our users online.

We reached out to our customer persons through clever targeting measures and timely content. We also had to consider Facebook’s advertising policies on promoting services around healthcare.
